Access, delete, correct, or appeal. A person works the request. California residents have a 45-day clock.

How to ask

Email privacy@theplacetoshoplocal.com from the address we already have on you, or submit an inquiry and say what you want: access, delete, correct, or do-not-sell. The form on this page opens a WordPress export or erase request — the same tool as the WordPress privacy screen — with a confirm-the-email step so a stranger cannot empty your file.

What we can produce

We can produce what we hold: your name, company, email, mobile, the files you uploaded, tickets, and our notes. We cannot produce your processor’s merchant file, your payout history, or card data we never received. Ask the processor named in your merchant agreement for that.

How we verify

We match the request to details we already hold. If we cannot verify you, we say so and we do not release the file. We do not charge a fee for a routine request.

Timing

We respond within 45 days, or we write you before that with a lawful extension. You can appeal a denial to the same mailbox. You can also complain to your state attorney general.

Authorized agents

An agent may write on your behalf if they send your signed authorization. We still verify you.
