The short answer
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Not to lead brokers. Not to other agents. Not to advertising networks. Not for money, and not in exchange for anything else of value.
There is no opt-out form on this page because there is nothing to opt out of.
Why this page exists anyway
Several state privacy laws — including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and others — give people the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and require businesses to say clearly where they stand. Ours is a short answer, but you're entitled to see it stated plainly rather than buried in a policy.
What "sell" and "share" actually mean here
These words have specific legal definitions that are broader than most people expect.
- Sell means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. That last part catches arrangements that don't involve a check.
- Share means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — the practice of tracking you across unrelated websites to target ads.
We do neither. To be complete: we use Google Analytics and, where you allow it, our customer-relationship system’s cookies on our own site — first-party measurement you control through our cookie banner. That is not tracking you across other websites, and nothing from it is sold or shared.
What we do do with your information
We use service providers to run the business, and we disclose information to them only so they can perform a service for us. That is not a sale under these laws, and they are contractually limited to using it for that purpose.

Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our cookie consent tool treats it as an opt-out of the non-necessary cookie categories, and we honor it as an opt-out request where the law requires. Since we don't sell or share, this changes nothing beyond your cookie settings — but the signal is respected rather than ignored.
Your other rights
Whether or not you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it, subject to legal and tax retention requirements
- Provide a copy in a portable format
We will not treat you differently for asking. No worse pricing, no reduced service.

We'll verify who you are — usually by confirming details we already hold — and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent can make a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization.
If this ever changes
If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information as those terms are defined, we will update this page before doing so, provide a working opt-out mechanism, and say plainly what changed. We won't quietly reword this page and hope nobody notices.
