What we can produce
Records we hold — contact details, uploaded statements, tickets, and our notes — when the request is valid. We do not hold PAN, recordings we never made, or a processor’s KYC archive.
Preservation
A preservation request should say the URL, the account or email, and the date range. We will say what we can hold.
User notice
We notify the person whose file is at issue unless the law or the order forbids it.
