What you may not do with this site, our marks, or an application you send us.
This is a rule of the house, not a processor rule
The Place To Shop Local, LLC is an independent sales partner of third-party payment processors. We are not a bank and not a payment processor. Card-brand prohibited businesses and underwriting decisions belong to the processor and its sponsoring bank. This page is what we will not tolerate on our site, in our inbox, or in a file you send us.
Do not
Do not attack, scrape, or overload the site. Do not probe it except as described in Vulnerability disclosure. Do not upload malware, card-present dumps, track data, or full PAN + expiry + CVV. We do not need a full card number to review a statement, and we will not take one. Do not impersonate us, stretch or recolor our mark, or send us someone else’s statement without authority to do so. Do not use an application to harass, threaten, or traffic in illegal goods.
What we do when this is broken
We can refuse the file, close the conversation, keep a record of the attempt, and tell the processor or law enforcement when the law or a card-brand rule requires it. Questions: legal@theplacetoshoplocal.com.
